We liked the the fact that the hotel had air conditioning since the temperature was abnormally very high during out stay. The hotel is centrally located for visiting the old town as well as the rest of Bamberg - a beautiful town and wonderful to visit."

"Rummet var rent men tyvärr saknas det luftkonditionering (miss av oss vid bokningen) så vi hade 30 grader varmt, olidligt även med en fläkt igång (golvfläkt finns på rummet). Personalen var hur bra som helst och frukosten är bra. Parkering finns enkelt i garage under för 20€/dygn. Det finns ett gym i källaren men det är så dåligt utrustat så det går i princip inte använda. Till centrum går man lätt på cirka 10 minuter."

You pay a little extra for the spa package but it is well worth it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with all my questions. The room was large and well appointed.
