"I just like this hotel and stay there when I need to pay to stay in Chicago. Location is great. Love the history of the building and the fact that it housed the Pump Room. Photos of all of the celebrities, Rat Pack to Brat Pack, in the restaurant and bar provide hours of amusement!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent, just outside the loop and close to Millennium Park. The room was spacious and clean but there were 3 issues: 1. The air-conditioning was a small noisy unit that struggled to keep the room cool. 2. The bathroom had a bath but no plug so it was not possible to take a bath. The bathroom had a built shower which was ok but it meant climbing into the bath to take a shower. We asked Reception for a replacement but were told there are no plug in any room so no-one any room could take a bath. This is illogical and surely if this is company policy then the bath should have been replaced by a bespoke shower unit! 3. We asked for extra creamer to make a drink in our room but were told by Reception there was no creamer available until the next delivery. This happened twice. I believe the above demonstrates a lack care and attention to detail."
