  • This beautifully decorated and spacious two-story vacation home has all the modern conveniences.Open floor plan with kitchen, large dining area, and living room. Three bedrooms, including the master suite, are upstairs, and the fourth is downstairs. The master bedroom has a great sitting area with a gas fireplace; french doors open onto the deck. Two new 42" flat screen TV's with Blu-Ray have been installed - one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. This is a "green" house featuring solar electric panels, tankless hot water heater, double pane vinyl windows, extra insulation and salt water toilets. 329 Descanso is one of the finest properties in Avalon. 329D | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).
