"The shuttle system is a disaster. We wasted 60 minutes waiting for the shuttle and the driver came and didn’t allow us to take it, because we were not in the line. You don’t explain in the instructions for the shuttle that there is a line. The driver was completely aggressive. He yelled at all the costumers saying: get off, let see if I have room. Some of them were in line for a second time, after being refused already. All the costumers were complaining and tired of waiting. We saw shuttles...

"Love this resort, location is perfect! Staff was great and bar and food options were fantastic. Only complaint was one day we spent at the pool was the same day they were cleaning the rooftop bar so we were basically "rained" on from whatever they were using to clean the roof. We did complain but it took awhile for the manager to get them to stop."
