"Great room. King bed, refrigerator, popcorn, TV, plenty of towels for two people. Only drawbacks were walking up the stairs to the second floor with a lot of luggage, and a $25 parking fee/day. No elevator. AC worked well. Good location: walkable to the fort, waterfront, shops, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and museums and Flagler college. Office staff neutral (not friendly or unfriendly), parking attendants great. "

"As I got to my room 131 You can find bag of trash by the parking area and by exit back area by the fence full of thrash bags. Is disgusting. "

"Very nice and quiet area. Rooms are clean and very near to shopping and good restaurants."

"Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled with chocolate chip cookies. Refrigerator in the room. There’s a small area on the ground floor where there’s a few tables and chairs, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Very nice hotel but parking was an issue."
