"Amazing view"

"Excellent central location - close to the shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - self-service over the weekend and to order before I left on Monday. New hot drinks machines had been recently installed when I visited in late June. Coffee was good. Staff were excellent. Bar food and drinks were good. There is a rooftop bar, which was excellent and an alternative to the ground-floor bar. There is no on-site parking. Parking choices are about 10 minutes' walk away. The main NCP multi-story car park has been closed since the company went into administration. I parked at Salt Lane, a multi-story car park which cost me £13.00 for 24 hours."

"The welcome at Reception was great, even though I didnt arrive til after 8:30pm. The Instruction manual in the room covered everything I needed to know. The reception staff brought different coffee pods very promptly when asked. Very comfy bed. Great shower and en-suite. One issue: there should be a warning notice that the bath is as slippery as ice, and the rubber mat needs to be closer to the bathtub. Lovely variety of foods on offer for breakfast. 11am is a very good booking-out time. Thank you for looking after my bag while I played tourist and met my friends for lunch. A good 8minute walk from the station, but achievable. Thank you to all at the White Swan"

"We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

Chesford Grange Hotel

"The hotel was lovely for our stay. The breakfast was good and included options for gluten free. There were a few spots that needed a little attention in my room mostly on the baseboards, the nightstand between the 2 beds had a broken shelf, and the restaurant service was a little slow but the food was filling the first time we went, the second time they were maybe busy but they put 5 shavings of cheese on my cheesy garlic bread and the soup was watered down, however I would definitely stay again"

"Last time the staff were dreadful but the guy working Sunday evening was amazing. Friendly and was first time someone actually help me after 4 failed attempts with other staff. Computer system was down so did what he could and came back later to sort the rest. The room is no thrills but at least it’s good to know they have at least one good staff member"
