"Stayed in room 10 bathroom walls had blood on tiles floor tiles were broken and missing grout carpets were dirty in the room on the plus side staff were friendly and helpful and apologetic for state of room"

"Amazing place to stay. We were attending a funeral down the road and it was the perfect location for us. Great value for money and including breakfast which was excellent. The best part though was the staff who were all welcoming, friendly and went out of their way for everyone. Would recommend 100%!"

"Fantastic and very unique place to stay with a great vibe. Our one bedroom suite was huge. With a very private bedroom. Even though it’s right above the busy bar and outside eating area, it was still quiet and peaceful. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast as well. Fantastic place to stay after a day in the Cotswolds. There are very few rooms here so book far in advance . I hope I can stay here again someday."
