The Swans Nest Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"very good location for town"
Moxy Birmingham NEC and Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I've stayed here a few times before and I'll stay here again. The staff are always helpful and it's a no fuss hotel with a relaxed feel that suits me. I like the restaurant, bar, reception being altogether. And its a good breakfast. I must point out 2 issues though. 1. This is the second time I've stayed here when only one lift is working out of 3. Annoying for guests and must be a nightmare for the room cleaners. 2. This is an airport stopover hotel as well as for NEC users. You need to warn guests taking early flights that the walking route through NEC to the shuttle is closed overnight until 6am. That caused us some anxiety and an unpleasant walk through an industrial area of the NEC with no pavements, following Google maps, to the airport at 5:15am."
Royal Court Hotel
8/10 Good
"in business trip in double bed room. Shower head was bypassing water, more was leaking on the wall than to the shower head. I'm sure cleaning staff use the head to clean the batt, the shower should be fixed before the room was offered. The toilet flush requires looking into. Staff at the pool were helpful, sauna was good as well as jacuzzi. Dinner at the restaurant was OK. Staff very helpful. Parking was difficult, poor surface and messy parking. When the bed is considered, the pillo was rock hard, not for me. I would appreciate a choice or softer pillows. Staff at the reception were polite and helpful . Corridor noise was a bit for me. I'm a light sleeper."
Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa

Novotel Birmingham Airport
10/10 Excellent
"A lovely stay the room was very comfortable and clean very quiet the evening meal was very good it was very convenient just across the road from the airport terminal I have stayed here before and always found it really good I would definitely recommend."
The Regency Hotel Solihull
8/10 Good
"Newly refurbished, new amenities. Pleased with cleanliness."
Hilton Birmingham Metropole
10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed our stay and having the quiet space of the executive lounge was very enjoyable with a busy hectic weekend at the NEC"
Mallory Court Country House Hotel and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable the room quiet and relaxing . The lighting although adequate, there needed to be more light around the bathroom mirror and by the tea making facilities. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and is well situated to explore Royal Leamington Spa and the surrounding towns."
