"The room was clean but a little small. Unfortunately the room was not serviced on Monday 24th August which was annoying. The staff were all very helpful and smart and cheerful. The breakfasts were very good"

"Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return. The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities."

"Check in was fast. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. slight damage/marks on walls where others have scratched with their cases. Great location, only 5 minutes away from your airline check in desk. Great for early morning flights."

"Such an amazing stay here! Perfect location, kind staff, comfy bed!!!! Also the vibe of the hotel is so fun!!! Gluten free options at the bar!!! Even gluten free sticky toffee pudding. I can’t recommend this place enough"
