Booking through Expedia is for lodging only, it does not include admission to the castle, which would be included if you booked directly through the castle website. We were unclear about this, and a bit disappointed when we arrived to find we had to purchase tickets to the castle separately. (Had we known, we could have bought them a week earlier, at a discount. I enjoyed my stay here. My room was simple and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The desktop was very helpful.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area.

What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it.

Very nice property, and when you log on to its wifi, you get a free drink at the adjoining pub.

The environment and staff were top notch!

pleasant and convenient

Clean room, good service. Breakfast was not so great, plenty of food options available in next door motorway travel stop.

Everything highly met my expectations.

Easy checkout, nice bathroom

Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary

Awesome visit----- located the center of everything in Stratford!! Will stay there again!

We had a relaxing stay! Staff was very accommodating! The golf course is very picturesque! Breakfast was also delicious! We enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

We definitely...
