The interior is way better than you’d expect given the exterior. While the pool is not large, you do also get a sauna and steam room. Huge exterior space too with nice views. Definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

Like all stately home type properties some of the decor is difficult to maintain to a high standard, so there are minor signs of wear here and there and no aircon. The food, staff and service are very good, breakfast was of high quality. We didnt try the spa but seemed to be appreciated by those on a spa package.
