"Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Couldn’t hear any noise from road or aircraft. Beds were comfy and lovely fresh towels. Bar was well stocked and reasonable priced. Didn’t have food but it did look delicious. Really convenient for BP Pulse Arena, only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms."
