"The staff were so helpful with whatever we needed whether it was directions or a scale for our luggage. The breakfast was varied and always good. We enjoyed both rooms but on our second stay really liked the partial sea view room with the outside deck."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at PREMIER Acropol Suites & Spa - Special Class in Istanbul. The photos on the website are quite misleading and make the property appear much larger and more comfortable than it actually is. Our room was extremely small and did not match our expectations based on the advertised images. The staff were not particularly welcoming and rarely smiled, which made the overall experience feel cold and unfriendly. Another major issue was parking. The hotel advertises that parking is available, but upon arrival we were simply left to find parking on our own in an already congested area. The location was also far less appealing than expected. The neighborhood was very crowded, and the noise level was unacceptable. On one night, loud music from nearby establishments continued until approximately 3:00 a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the property did not deliver the experience that was advertised. Between the misleading photos, tiny room, lack of assistance with parking, unfriendly service, and excessive nighttime noise, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Mr Emir at the reception was exemplary, but it ends there! The housekeeping were hit and miss, but mostly miss. Breakfast staff on top floor were not polite and showed bad attitude. The property only and only makes up the positive reviews for it’s location and views, but the hotel itself is very old and dated and needs a massive and thorough renovation. Air condition works but so-so and breakfast just does the job (ONLY JUST). I think a 2/5 star rating overall is adequate, however, I was seriously considering giving them a 1 star review, but that would have been too harsh. They said the hotel was fully booked but I really think it wasn’t and I only ever heard other stayers at the hotel commending the views and nothing else. Apparently there has been a change of ownership in the last few years and the last known renovation was in 2013, so these new owners have neglected the property BIG TIME! I wouldn’t advise against staying here, as I’ve stayed at worse properties, but I would warn to be EXTREMELY cautious and if you need more water in addition to the two bottles that they are supposed to put in the room each day, but don’t always, I would suggest buying from the local shop. It’s rated a 4 star hotel, but more 3 star in my honest opinion. I’ve stayed at the nearby Sura Design Boutique property and also the Doubletree by Hilton Sirkeci hotel and they are both rated 4 star, but they are miles and skies above the standards of Hotel Arcadia Blue. It was always too dark here."
