"Travelling from Canada, this hotel was an easy choice. Location is lovely, very convenient. And very safe. Was there for business, and most of the meetings were walking distance. Very nice to avoid the busy traffic. Room was clean, good size, loved they replenished the big glass water bottles daily. Vibrant, even around midnight. If you forgot anything (I needed the charger adapter) there's a convenient store in the lobby. Loved it!"

"Very friendly staff at check-in, clean spacious room with a view of the ocean and a window ledge to sit on to enjoy it. Coffe in the room was very good. Location was very convenient for the Metro and in spitting distance of the Financial Centre Metro stop. Just 30 minutes door-to-door to the airport. Swimming pool was closed was a bummer, but shuttle service to sister hotel. I didn't use that."

"The Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai is really lovely hotel. It has the best location with the metro rail situated on the door step. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The rooms are also very spacious. Everybody working here is kind and hospitable. I have to give a special mention to Aicha at the front desk. She is really top class. So kind and friendly and she provided me and my family with excellent service. Its because of people like her that hotels like The Tower plaza are 5 star. Thank you Aicha. Just 1 small issue. Housekeeping needs to improve. There were times i had no towels no water no tissue paper. However everything was great. "
