"Was a great stay. Hospitality and service were amazing. The blinds in our bathroom were old and damaged (many missing and broken) but otherwise we had a great stay. THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL!"

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."

"Crowded but didn't see a lot of people.Staff was very friendly but wasn't able to give us a wakeup call because of change in Daylight Savings time. They were able to offer free complimentary rides to Burbank Airport."
