"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good, not a ton of options, but what they had was fantastic. I...
"Nice, quiet hotel. May not look brand new and is an old building, not to many channels to watch on TV but it's clean, affordable and comfortable! The staff is amazing, friendly and the hospitality is wonderful! They help set up taxis for you, and you receive a free buffet style breakfast every morning! Will stay here again for sure. "
"Spacious, bright and modern villa with new amenities and comfy beds. Located in the middle of the rice fields going through traditional villages. We felt safe, and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, surprisingly good Wifi.

"What a beautiful place! I am sad I was only here for one night, the place felt so peaceful and welcoming. My host was amazing and she took such good of me. I love the outdoor shower and the room was spacious. I will definitely book here for longer next time I'm in the area, thank you! 😊🙏"

"Dear friends
The joy of my first trip to Chiang Mai is still there, but it's already been almost a month.
I'm a team leader in a service industry. I was already looking forward to Shangri-La's strict service because I had experience using Cebu Shangri-La, but the Shangri-La I felt this time was the best.
The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel.
Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai.
Thank you again for my daughter's dainty birthday cake and all the moments that gave her joy.
Even if I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose Shangri-La. Thank you."
"Some things were closed off like the second pool close to the S lodge building. The room was great but had small issues that the staff took care of fast. Breakfast was good every morning except the last day when the self serve eggs were gone and we had to wait for eggs to be cooked. All in all I think it's a great property for a good price to."

"This property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. We’ll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! "
"Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool could have been a little cleaner and I don't remember ever seeing the pool bar open but that could be because it was raining while we were there"
