"The Blue Lotus Resort was a great get away ! Not for everyone as very basic but cheap accommodation. The very short walk to the magnificent beach made it and look forward to going there again one day. We didn’t have a scooter but it is essential for getting around there which they do hire out ! "We really enjoyed this small hotel complex. Very family feel and very welcoming. The location is great as directly on the beach for sunset cocktails. The trees grow virtually on the water's edge and the branches fall close to the ground giving the beach a feel of compartments of privacy. The walk into town in the evenings isn't particularly well lit but other than this a very nice place to stay and would certainly return. "

"Palita lodge is a lovely place to stay on Koh Phangan. We intentionally went on a waxing moon to avoid the craziness of full moon parties and it was quite peaceful. Few steps from the lodge restaurant and you are on the beach.The staff work very hard and are friendly and helpful. We would stay at Palita again if we find our way back to Koh Phangan."

"During Covid-19, we stayed here! This place is amazing. It is very spacious on the property. The bar outside by the beach has the friendliest staff and you can also get a massage by the beach. The pool over looked the beautiful sea, and the hotel structure was very beautiful! Thank you Jasmine (reception) for being so kind to us!!! "This “hotel” is fine if you’re coming for the full moon party and that’s about it. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The staff however is extremely nice as it’s all a family that lives on site at property. The location is perfect for full moon party - 5 minute walk and you’re literally on the beach "
