"Friendly and helpful staff, also a plus when you were welcomed with their famous tiramisu. It has a bus stop nearby going to the old town. Overall is a great stay but the sound isolation isn’t great - also disappointed with the bath water as it appeared yellow."

"Property is good, conveniently situated. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable exept for the bed. The bed was 2 single persons bed joint. The problem there was a small hole in the middle very uncomfortable. The mistake I did was not to ask for a double bed instead."

I thought this issue was just with my room, but I stayed with other 4 colleagues, each of us on our own room, and all showers had the same issue. Also air-conditioner is not working and after asking the staff they mentioned they only turn the master system on the hotter days. Had pretty bad nights in a very hot room."

"The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, which makes all the difference. Room was spotless and had a great view. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Taksim Square and the same distance to Besiktas Park, so great central location between the two which is what I needed. Would recommend."
