"It was awful. Two hrs before I was supposed to check in, the host literally cancelled my stay because she said the price I paid was wrong. One of the worst experiences of my life. It was so stressful."

"When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous person's stay. There were used towels and toiletries in the bathroom, food and rubbish still on the bench and coffee table, and bedsheets had not been changed. We were unable to contact host quickly, and so booked a separate hotel. Host has since apologised, but when I contacted them for a refund, has not responded."
