"A lovely hotel with everything you need . All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In a good location for sightseeing. The only thing I was disappointed with is that we never got to go for breakfast because it ended at 9am I think it would of been better if it was 10am but that’s just my opinion and there probably a lot of business people stay here. All in all a very good hotel"

"Outstanding accommodations. Our family booked a 2BR suite that was spacious and luxurious -- with very comfortable firm mattresses. Great location in a vibrant and bustling commercial area, but no street noise in the rooms. Nice pool. Excellent concierge and reception. Very much enjoyed the rooftop lounge. Unexpected highlight was the salon, where husband and wife each got top-quality haircuts and styling (with shampoo head-massage). Breakfast buffet was good, but our least favorite aspect of the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"7 years since our last visit here but the Lotte still has a lot to offer. Great location for walking to restaurants and Ben Thanh area … go out of the back entrance and within minutes you have bars and a variety of places to eat at.Stayed in an executive room which was a good size and offered great facilities as well as being well maintained. The Club Lounge offers soft drinks, beers , wines and spirits at various times of the day and the food on offer in the evening was plentiful and tasty. The pool area is like a tropical oasis and was very peaceful when we stayed .. sun beds had comfortable mattresses and towels were provided. Definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again at some point."
