"The staff is trying very hard and doing a great job but we had two negative experiences w the older barman who was just rude and rigid which tainted the whole experience. We complained but no manager ever contacted us. Everyone else was really lovely. The rooms need updating."

"The reception staff were not friendly at all. Room was located in a building about 1/10 of a mile down the road from the main hotel. No assistance with luggage. No amenities in that building, however, the room was clean and very large. Be warned, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. We were there mid-June and it was over 80°F in the room when we went to sleep! No top sheets, just a heavy comforter, seems to be a Europe thing."
