"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

At check in they were unable to find our booking and we’re not expecting us, they did provide us with a room but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. "I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...
