"The accommodation has no shared spaces, which was fine, but many basic amenities came with extra charges: air conditioning was an additional cost even though it was very hot (summer), washing machine use required payment, and cleaning during the stay was also charged. On top of that, an extra security deposit was requested upon arrival, which was not mentioned on the booking site. Overall a disappointing experience — I expected more transparency."

"Great location, easy entrance, good size, alley wear entrance door is located was dirty. Noise within the building travelled and could hear it until 3:30am. "

"Was left standing outside for 1/2 an hour in the rain waiting for someone to let us in. We clearly communicated our arrival time and and gave the host warning that we were 1/2 an hour, 10 mins away. Still had to wait outside with our bags. WIFI was terrible. Was hard to send messages / stream content. Walls are very thin! 3 rooms share walls and you can hear coughing / movement between the walls. Not very comfortable / private. "

"My husband and l are quite satisfied with staying in this apart. It was very central, just on La Rambla street. You can walk to most tourist spots in 10-20 minutes, so we did not have to take publich trasport much except for going to Park Güell and National museum. The room was just like what is shown on the photos. It was clean, neat and tidy. I’ll definitely suggest this place to my friends. "

"Got lucky to enter the property when another patron left the locked door open for us then had no idea where to go! Sat out waiting for someone to let us in the door for 45 minutes. They were nice once we found someone and did allow us to store luggageluggage.before check in "
