"Probably the best service and hospitality we’ve experienced at any property. From the guest service team at reception to the pool & beach attendants, all dining venues, recreation (sunrise yoga, badminton & archery), spa (foot massages on the beach), and housekeeping, service was very attentive, polite & friendly. The breakfast buffet is a must….an abundant selection of international favorites, so delicious. We travelled with family and had 4 rooms and they managed to accommodate us all on the same floor. I look forward to returning for another visit."

"Staff was AMAZING, they were there every time you needed them and always asked about the stay. The food was good and the happy hour and chocolate hour was what we looked forward to everyday. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Mactan Newtown ( although parts don’t have a sidewalk). "

"We had to ask the room to be cleaned, it was done once in 6 days, poor, First day we used the pool, we witnessed a small child in distress after he came out of the pool, Myself and my used the pool, later back in the room, I was itching on parts of my body. My daughter was in agony, crying screaming inpain, scratching herself on parts of her body, we where up most of the night trying to comfort our daughter, I had a cream with me that helped sooth the pain, At one point we were going to the hospital, but decided afteri applied the cream a few times during the night it helped her calm down. I complained the next morning about the pool, they shut it down to investigate. Later that day I enquired about the pool, the receptionist told me they were working on getting the pool ready again to used ,too much Chroline in it. When I enquired again I was told it's ready to use. I told them I and my family will not be using the pool for the rest of our stay, We only booked the hotel because our daughter likes to swim, really disappointed about this, we used another hotel for swimming at our own expense. "I could see the ocean off to the side but not straight on. The pool was closed for remodeling. "
