We were not expecting to be sharing the house with other guests, but we’re happy to meet new and interesting people during our stay. Lovely breakfast prepared in the mornings. "Do not stay here. We booked this property for a few days to relax by the pool and explore nearby areas. The room was not nearly like described. It was not impressive at all. It smelled really bad and not like cleaning products but instead old and musty. The hot tub was covered with a tarp with landscape debris covering it. Obviously not used in a long time. My wife was in tears. We left upon arrival and found another place to stay. I paid up front and the owner said he would refund me...

"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."

"Such beautiful accomodations, very clean, everything you need. Seemed very new. Very neat facilities, weren't around enough to enjoy them, it was closed before we got home in evening and before we left in morning. The laundry was available and open until 11, it did require a specific laundry card or cash, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything seemed to be closed by 8, store, pool, etc. That being said, the bar and restaurant were still open and the food and drink were wonderful, at least for American tourists a little bit of homestyle food, for vegetarian a very yummy burger and fries. Very convenient checkout a nice gentleman ran out for our keys and let us get on our way. Nice location, nice people, beautiful, clean and efficient! Comfortable and very modern and chic! "
