"The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."

Der Pool und der Ausblick sind das absolute Highlight, einfach nur dazusitzen und den Blick ins Douro-Tal schweifen zu lassen ist schon Erholung.
