"The card reader wasn't working so we didn't get room keys, the staff had to let us in our room every time we needed to get back in. The staff was very professional and apologetic for the inconvenience. However, because we didn't have a room key, I was unable to use the fitness room. At 0500 there was no staff available to let me into the fitness room. This was the second time we have used Hampton Inn. The breakfast area furniture needs attention. The tables are wabbly, one chair my wife almost sat in was falling apart (luckily another guest sitting at the table next to ours warned my wife about the condition of the chair),the food was warm but not hot. The room was very nice and clean."
