"We stayed here for two nights with our teenage daughters and our lab. The apartment is adorable, very clean and esthetically appealing. It is well appointed and has anything you could need. The included parking garage is close by and we were a short walk from all the old port restaurants and shops. Nick and Kayla were very attentive and easy to reach, a pleasure to rent from! We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and for welcoming our fur baby!"

"A very nice condo with everything needed for a 6 night stay. Close enough to everything (15-20 minute walk) but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a lobster cook at home. The slice of chocolate cake to greet us was a great touch. Thank you and we’ll be back!"

"The layout of the apartment worked for two couples. It is right on a very busy intersection. I did need to do a little dusting. Bathrooms are small. Several different levels inside so need to watch your step. Upstairs BR has low ceiling and it doesn’t have a door. During our last morning the water was turned off without prior notice. Luckily we were able to get it turned on again. For the price we were expecting more."

"Overall, very nice and quiet. This condo has plenty of bedrooms and baths. The master on the main floor has a king bed, but it is a very tight fit! A queen would fit better in this room. Also, not having any window coverings in the living areas was odd to us. "

"Property was easy access and location to restaurants and downtown Portland . Kitchens were adequate , bathrooms really nice and beds comfortable . Parking was a little tight for two minivans but was able to make it work . Would stay here again area looked and felt safe"
