"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. "Excellent location. Few mins walk to Raohe night market and metro. Department store across the pedway from the hotel. Traditional Taiwanese breakfast included. The room was spacious with an excellent view of Taipei 101. They have a free shuttle but you need to give advance notice and book a day ahead. Overall it wad an excellent experience and i would definitely stay here with my family and children again."
