"This is a very nice small boutique hotel with a funky haall arrangement. The staff are amazing, especially the front desk; they are patient, helpful and kind. (Who ever did the hiring of the staff give them a raise.) The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of items to choose from. And most importantly the hotel internal environment was absolutely quiet!!! "

"The hotel is in an excellent location. On a pedestrian street but close to dining, shopping and many tourist attractions. The room is comfortable and spacious. Very close to the river also which is nice. The staff is fine and accommodating although I did not find them as welcoming and friendly as most others in Lisbon such as in the restaurants, shops and tour guides.
