The description says to contact them if arriving after hours so they can leave the room key in your room. They did not respond to any of my emails so I got Expedia to call and they were told that we could only check in until 12 am. If after that, they would not let us in. "the only thing good about this hotel is the location. it is very hard to find, and you have to go through a souvenir store to enter the property. it is basic at best but for the price there are better options in the area"
