"Hotel is lovely and centrally located to everything! In the description it mentioned a hotel shuttle which was part of our decision to book, but was notified after that it was an additional charge if 45 euro (fyi we took an uber for 15 euro). That charge should be better advertised. "

"Nice spacious room, staff were lovely and helped with bags when we came in. It is quite a hill so gave us water on arrival. Breakfast was good, not a tonne of selection but I liked everything they had. They also had options of cooked breakfast which was good and the hot chocolate was amazing loved it. Staff were always friendly when you walked past reception and at breakfast. The guy that checked us in recommended a lovely lunch place ended up turning out amazing and we loved the food and view. I would say lifts big enough for one person and the bags which is what me and my friend did. We had a lovely view which was nice, would say room is average size, does look a bigger in photos, but we weren’t too bothered. Bathroom however, could use improvement, two lights in their could use with even maybe one of two more as it was quite dark, also no windows so ended up with lots of condensation. Just about enough space for our staff, would say would be better with a few more hanging hooks or even bit more storage. But for a few days was a lovely hotel."

"The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious enough with a walkin shower. We had breakfast there and it was typical euro style with cold and hot choices in the buffet. Pedro at tge front desk was superb. Helped us with luggage and with getting around Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again, perfect location."

"I was here for business and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool was very cold and the outside area being surrounded by tall buildings meant the sun disappeared quickly early in the evening. Apart from that it was a very lovely stay. "

"The staff was great. Helped us get tours. Great bar service. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. Remember that you are in Europe so expect a small room. Great water pressure in the shower and hot. "

"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "
