Room was clean to a T, great views, big windows, bed and pillows were very soft, bathroom was perfect and clean, there is a mini refrigerator, no microwave in room (but they have one on the 5th floor by ice and soda machine)."

"Had troubles with oniline purchasing, which i accidentally bought two hotel nights for saturday instead of sat and sun. They refunded the second Saturday hotel, which refund was still pending. But everyone at front desk assisted, plus manager worked something out so i can stay sunday night. Instead of just throwing me outside on streets. "
