"2nd time in this home-lovely place, delightful pool and beautiful views of a small marsh. Very comfortable and fully outfitted."

"This property was wonderful space for our winter family weekend. Driveway was cleared of snow and sidewalk salted for arrival, clean and cozy stocked kitchen, large storage closet, close enough to Lakeridge ski hill to hear the skiers laughing! We had space to hike around and toboggan with our pet dog. Peter provided privacy and attentiveness always responding to messages promptly. "

"Had a little trouble with access but called VRBO and made contact with the owner. smoothed everything out - owner seems very nice. Only thing I would recommend is bringing a role of paper towel and maybe an extra garbage bag. Not upset about it just a recommendation if you stay here.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will book again "

"There seemed to be confusion over the role of VRBO and the Property Manager (PM). I had to call the PM to get the lockbox code, receive instructions on the wifi and TV. There were no written instructions in the home or on the app. The PM was available on the phone. Some basics were missing: wine glasses, dish cloths, tea towels. Cutlery was not plentiful and lacked quality. Walls need to be painted, repaired in places and carpets cleaned. There was a locked door to the garage in the...

"To start we trouble shoot all the days we were there to get wifi working, we tried multiple accounts and no luck getting access. My family ended up paying for a lot of overage charges for internet. The property promised AC and that temp should reach between 20-22 degrees. They did say it was addressed when we were off the property, but it was not, and we had a temp exceeding 25 degrees so horrible sleeping at night. "This place was perfect for our short weekend family trip away from the city! We brought our two dogs with us and we all enjoyed spending time in their space, especially their backyard. It was so well kept. Their pool was so much fun with the volleyball net, we were glad that it was still open during September! The place was also super close to a small beach down the rode and a 10 min drive from Innisfil Beach Park, I would definitely hope to stay at this place again."
