"An extremely beautiful hotel, built of stone, in the Greek style. Resting here, it is as if you fall into an interesting story. All the staff, especially Helen and Yanis, are very friendly. The food is extremely tasty and varied. Many thanks to the cook. There was always hot water, the rooms were constantly cleaned .We are very satisfied with our vacation at Village Stone. We want to come back again."

"This is a good value property for the area although the rooms are dated. The staff are excellent and the hotel has an excellent bar in the evening."

"We had a great apartment which was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel is well located, and has several swimming pools, super gardens and very friendly staff. Our special thanks to Michalis in the restaurant, who used to look after our special dietary requirements and brought fresh pies to our table every breakfast time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in this area."

"Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel."

"Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly."

"Beautiful design that was quaint, cozy, and welcoming. Onsite services were great, but we actually spent a lot of time traveling all over the island, and Civitel Creta Beach helped us with transportation throughout the entire journey. Everything was absolutely amazing! Whether you want to stay on resort and enjoy the amenities, or traverse the beautiful island that is Crete, Civitel Creta Beach is your spot!"
