Instead of using the same desks for check-in and check-out, like all hotels the world over, they refuse to check you out at the check in desks, even when they’re all free. Instead they force you to a undermanned, inefficient, and poorly organized desk where you’re forced to wait, all the while eyeing longingly the many available desks at the check-in counters.
