"Booked this place for one night because of proximity to Pantai Hospital. Very disappointing. TV service was not working and hotel staff was unconcerned when advised. Generally, staff was not friendly and welcoming and seemed to have no idea of what customer service is about. Room itself was sparsely furnished, providing only the most bare essentials. Check-in took a very long time to process and staff appeared unsure of what they were doing. Will never make the mistake of staying there...
