"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. The poor rating was mostly due to the location right off the freeway, the furniture in the room was stained and the elevators broke down while we were there. That said, they did give us a discount on the room rate."

"The day we checked out they were working on the plumbing, so the water went off. They did not make me aware of it, and I was in the shower when it happened the lady at the front desk at the time thought that was funny when I called to tell her she literally laughed. "

"I was trying to select the box for Other, but my phone was not allowing me to do that. What we didn’t like was that there was no toilet paper in the room, and we had to ask for it. The staff was not welcoming - they communicated in the bare minimum way. The Mexican restaurant next-door was only for takeout, not dine in. But the room was clean, and we did feel safe. It was OK."
