"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "Very clean room, good location. Quiet during the week and weekend with no street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. Heated towel rack was a very nice touch. No shampoo just bar soap for toiletries. "

The only thing was the building was not clearly marked and it took us a few minutes of walking around it using maps before we realized it was the right building. A great stay would highly recommend"
