There was a gentleman who greeted us when we checked in and helped us with our luggage, but you don’t really see anyone even other guests during the time that you were there. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "

"Couldn't have been any closer to the Duomo if we'd tried. Room was nice with a a cute little terrace with table and chairs. Our only negative was the noise level. We were in room n°6 right by the exterior stairs, elevator, and entrance. Could hear everything! Then on the inside, anytime someone walked in, the automatic light came on, shinning straight into our room."

Beautiful hotel.
"Above average in most categories. We loved our stay at Bernini. The service was excellent and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received surprise champagne for my fiancés birthday free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only negative for me was the lack of space for luggage as there was nowhere to unpack or keep the suitcases out of the way. The view was great and the window let in a lot of natural light. We would 100% stay here again should we come to Florence in the future! "
