"Amazing stay at this appartment for 4 nights. We stayed with a 4 and a 7 yo and walked everywhere. We didn’t fancy staying on Ramblas as it’s a bit too busy but this was just perfect. Close enough but peaceful. We are already making plans to go back later this year with friends. Just perfect. Thank you."

"They have a rule about be quiet since 9pm but the building is really noisy after that hour. It was rare that they have to enter to you room to open the balcony in the morning and to close it at night. The couch needed to be replaced We had a plumbing problem and we didn’t get any help. "

"We were a family of three adults, 2 teens and a child staying in Barcelona for 4 nights. The bedroom spaces were perfect for us. There was lots of storage and places for our clothes & things. The living spaces were great, with plenty of room for us to be together and separate. My husband & I had to do some work and the WiFi worked well for us. The apartment is a short 2 blocks to a metro and there are lots of great food & shops within a block or two. We felt completely safe, even late at night....

"I spent 4 nights in the property with my family. Fantastic location with views of the Sagrada Familia. Also very close to the metro and a number of supermarkets. The apartment was well laid out although small for 6 of us (2 on the sofa bed). The terrace and pool were basic but pleasant to use."

"Communication was good before stay and while we stayed. The apartment is beautiful, especially the tiles. Very traditional. Great area to eat inside terrace and the shared terrace is great too. Great to have air conditioning too. Only issue was the noise from other apartments. "

"Overall we loved the place and location. Lots of sidewalk restaurants to eat at. Its close to a tour bus stop so you can do the jump on jump off. One note is that its on the 4th floor and the stairs are narrow. It was not a big deal for us other than moving the luggage up and down but its a bit of a workout."

"All was fantastic. Close to many mini marts. Best to shop at Aldi, about a 15 min walk. Cheaper way to go. The first night was really loud because of neighbor or restaurant, they partied all night, ugh but then day 2-4 was perfect. You can hear all the footsteps above but its not too bad in my opinion. I loved the apartment. Airport transfer was about $40. Easy to walk to Familia Sagrada !"

"Very easy check in, good communication, nice clean flat. 7th floor with a lift for two people so may be an issue depending on who you travel with. There was no soap nor shampoo when we arrived but the manager was very nice and brought some for us. Very conveniently located otherwise with plenty of places where to eat nearby, the Sagrada Familia 200m away and the tube close by as well. There is a cute patio outdoor too which is a great plus. Thanks for the stay!"
