We arrived late and the night manger was perfect warm greeting and showed us to our room to our surprise he was there for breakfast as well. The room was perfect we was greeted by a dove in our room in the morning which we are taking as good luck. "We’ve been to the Burstin many times over the years, we particularly like staying in the balcony rooms. It does urk me though that you seem to be unable to request a balcony room when booking. They are always lumped in with the other Sea view rooms and it’s getting to be more frequent that we are unsuccessful in being allocated one. "
