"The pool is small and you have to make a reservation to use the facilities and it’s only for 30 minutes. This is terrible when traveling with small children who want to play at the pool. During our 4 day stay we never were selected for the reservation we were waitlisted and the children had a meltdown everyday"

"We checked in and were helped by Breeze who really took the time to engage with our children and also find us a room before 3pm. She did and managed to give us a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Thames. The kids were also given goodie bags, the process was quick, smooth and not a stress. The room and breakfast were excellent as was the games room set up for the summer holidays."
