"Giovanna was amazing! Night one, our flights were cancelled, so we got in late and she stayed late to check us in. The view and sunrise over Isosa Bella was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. "Beautiful balcony with garden view and we could also see Castelmola! Configuration of the room wasn't the greatest. There was no space to put our second luggage but we made it work. Shower had neon florescent lighting which was different. Also, didn't really care for the shower curtain, for an upscale hotel would think there would be a glass shower door. Loved the location, walk down the stairs and you arrive at the Duomo!"

"The hotel was new and modern. Had all the amenities. A draw back was a very expensive taxi ride to Taormino and back again. The area was not really in a great walkable area although we did walk to a nearby beach about a mile away or so. The hotel did not have a beach or a beach shuttle which I thought I read they did. Disappointing. The beach club we went to had beds and umbrellas at a cost of course. The hotel rep said theirs was closed but all the others were still open. Not sure what that was about."

"Perfect location. The views are amazing and we love the restaurant outside with the perfect view. The hotel itself is very nice. Only thing is the shower floors are super slippery. I have never had an issue before with a shower floor being this slippery. I almost fell several times. They really need to come up with solution for this before somebody really gets hurt."

It has the most beautiful view. Better than any other place I have ever stayed. Spectacular. It’s clean and in my top three if not number one place we have ever stayed."
