"Giovanna was amazing! Night one, our flights were cancelled, so we got in late and she stayed late to check us in. The view and sunrise over Isosa Bella was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. Breakfast every morning was delicious! The staff was so warm and welcoming. She also helped arrange a friendly taxi on days where it was too hot to walk up the hill to town and when we had our wedding ceremony. I recommend this to anyone for the value of the experience!"

The location was perfect such that we were able to drop off our rental car at the hotel and then be right at the edge of all the pedestrian only streets. "This property as 3 pools. The staff are lovely. Yes, it's very quiet at this hotel. You can walk to the ocean where there are several local restaurants with wonderful food. The village at the bottom of the hill is cozy and costal. The food at the hotel wasn't my favorite that's why it's 4 stars. They gave us "complementary" food, but charged us for it in the end - eh - maybe that was the language barrier, who knows. the staff left cookies in our room every evening which was a treat. The views are beautiful. Our room was crowded with furniture, coffee and tea makers which was cumbersome. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and the products were great. They helped us arrange transpo to Taormina, taxis to local places, and we set up a local winery tour on or own. An easy ride to/from the train station."
