This is a room above a pub. It is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. It is small but functional with a comfortable bed. The staff are excellent and extremely accommodating. Breakfast is free and so is the clean fresh air. Food is excellent and the place is pet friendly. Its about 35 mins to the ferry but worth the journey.

Lovely and superb food

Incredible opulence. Views overlooking golf course and a light house on the ocean. Outstanding spa. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices. 9 hole pitch and putt course for guests.

This was a great find. Dinner snd breakfast were great. Cool town and new rooms. All was great except the tiny sink in the bathroom. Beautiful Grounds Rob

We enjoyed the proximity to golf, dining and beautiful vistas. All the comforts of home, very spacious and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Clare communicated quickly and was a gracious host.

Gorgeous hotel with great staff and delicious food!

The Townhouse bed & breakfast was beautiful and welcoming the moment we walked up to the beautiful garden. The wife and husband hosts were fantastic, the room was elegant and cozy. The made to order breakfast was 5 star, prepared by the owner who is a professional chef. Only wished we had spent more time in the beautiful B&B.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The room was pristine. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here and should we ever have the opportunity to travel to Ayr, Scotland again we would definitely stay there. 10 out of 10 stars.

We only stayed one night on a whirlwind tour of Scotland. This was by far the nicest hotel during our trip. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The meal in the dining room was excellent. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. We appreciated the snacks and water provided along with the usual coffee and tea. Coffee and snacks served in the lobby at checkout time was a perk. For race track goers you could not find a better location!

Older decently kept property. Stairs were an issue for my disabled husband but we managed. Never could get the tv to work. Lots of animal, I suspect cat waste in the gravel leading to the entrance.

Rooms were very large and bathrooms were too. You actually have room to turn around in the shower or even a luxury bath. Staff were wonderful, good food for both breakfast and dinner. As it is a converted mention, there are stairs, back stairs, stairs in the corridors, and convoluted corridors. With multiple fire doors. But they have excellent signage so you can actually find your way around the maze.

Wonderful luxurious small hotel in Ayr. Owners are very welcoming. Comfy bed, lovely linens, spacious, quiet. Walkable to town center. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time there. David and Shona are delightful people and were most helpful when we needed help with anything - from directions to whatever. We would visit again and will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of accommodation in the area. Good food also which is important.

Wonderfully run hotel — well located and also with excellent rooms and great breakfast. The Thai restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent— would highly recommend

Great room. Easy to find. Had everyting we needed or wanted.

The location was good

Good hotel, nice staff, clean room. Just small rooms. Had a great stay in Ayr

The suite was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well stocked. The tub/shower was a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs was outstanding. Parking in back was tight but easy to use. The contactless entry and use was easy to use. Instructions provided were easy to follow.
