"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a very good experience. Unfortunately, on the first day there was an issue with the boilers, so we did not have hot water. Since we had an important meeting, it was quite an inconvenient situation for us. However, we would really like to thank Ms. Jade M, who did her absolute best to help us and make the situation easier. Her kindness, professionalism, and support were truly appreciated. Aside from this issue, the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was very good with high-quality food, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again."

"Our room was supposed to be a deluxe double with a sea view, it was very small, only one armchair, nowhere to put your suitcase, no drawer unit to put your clothes, shower room small, with a shower base which looked chipped, no heated towel rail, my wife couldn’t see in the shower room mirror, it was too high, shower room was cold, nowhere to put your soap bag, at £435 per night, it wasn’t good enough, the breakfast was good, we had no hot water the first day, we were booked for four nights and left after two, ruined holiday.
