"Fantastic location, beautiful B&B, wonderful host. The room was cozy, quiet, and comfortable with a nice lounge area to watch television or work with comfortable seating, windows, and a dining area. Breakfast was outstanding! Great choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and a cooked breakfast to die for... so tasty! Highly recommend this B&B if you’re working, visiting or on holiday in the Kilmarnock, Ayr, Tarbolton, Auckland, and Cummnock area as it’s central to all these locations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The Cart Shed was ideal for me and my 2 dogs. very clean, warm and comfortable. There was no noise or disturbance, just the peace and quiet of the countryside. As other reviews have said, the welcome pack of food was amazing - milk, butter, bread, bacon, eggs and even a bottle of prosecco! The owners were very helpful when I needed it, but otherwise stayed out of the way and I never felt that they intruded. So, really for me, a perfect holiday stay."

"Trelaw is a gorgeous cottage in a very peaceful spot. There are amazing views and wildlife on the doorstep. We saw house martins, hares and a baby deer from the living room window. The cottage has everything you need and Adele left us some lovely treats. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the many other outside features but the weather was not on our side.We used the cottage as a base to explore the area and we visited Dumfries House, Culzean Castle, Arran and Glasgow. The location is perfect for a taste of city life, the coast and the countryside. There is something for everyone in this beautiful part of Scotland. This cottage is perfect for those who want to relax in the countryside and donâ€™t mind driving to get to places. There arenâ€™t really local amenities within walking distance, though there are local shops, cafes and takeaways a short drive away. It suited us perfectly and we would love to return."

"We had a fantastic short break at Muirston. The cottage was lovely and really big and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was great and the views from every window in the cottage is absolutely stunning! The owners left us a elxokr hamper which was a nice touch. We will definitely return."
