Best Budget Inn

10/10 Excellent

"The first word that came to mind when I opened the door was, “ADORABLE.” It’s decorated in vintage style. Our room had matching aqua vintage style refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and keurig machine. It’s an older property but clean. The bathroom reminded me of the ‘50s bathroom I had as a child. We loved being able to park right outside our door. The owner was very friendly and suggested sights to see in town and a place to get breakfast in the morning. For the price it was a bargain. "

"Stay was as expected. Easy check in, great parking and access. Room was sufficient. Our only recommendation is regarding the mattress. Incredibly firm. More than most would be comfortable with for any length of time. 3 pillows on a King size bed is an odd choice as well. 4 pillows would have been nice. Overall nice stay. Outstanding value compared to the competitors in the area."

"The breakfast was by far the best I have ever experienced. Parking was good. We didn’t use the pool but it was easy access as well as the fitness center. It was a busy weekend due to graduation. We arrived at 4:20 and had to wait for our room to be ready. We had a suite and there were no plates to use. The couch was uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We received emails offering services. Breakfast was phenomenal so we left happy."

"Very friendly, helpful staff. I always stay at this location when I am in the area. I had a scare when they called me to tell me I would not be able to stay on the first floor as requested, but when I explained my disability, they came through and I had no problems upon checkin. It was very nice that they thought to call so as to avoid a potential unpleasant experience later. Thank you to the team at the hotel!"

"The window screen was broken and ripped. The breakfast was severely underwhelming. Staff was not available and had to wait 20 minutes for service. Outside doors did not shut and lock. There was a drug bust outside of our room. Not sure if they are remodeling, but there were water stains on the ceiling and stains on the floor. No grab bars in shower and tub was extremely slippery."
