"There was no gym and no hot tub. Hot tub would be a plus"

"The comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. There were can lights missing from the ceiling in our room. We were told we could have adjoining rooms but then when we checked in we were told all the adjoining rooms were under construction so it wasn’t possible. Also, our refrigerator didn’t work. Aside from all that, we enjoyed the pool and had an ok time. "

"Thermostat on room wall did nothing. Found out the AC had to be controlled at the cooling unit itself. Rooms are showing their age. Large piece of baseboard was coming off the wall by the coat closet. Found trash in drawer of bedside table. Nothing really significant, but enough to make us look for other places to stay."

"Bath plug in didn't work, seemed short staff, breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Kids ate cereal and waffle maker wasn't clean. We were shorted towels and ones in room where stained and dirty."
